Alexa has always loved the sequence of projects – from ideation to creation. The thought that spaces and experiences can come from ideas that began in her imagination fuels her desire to explore new ways to achieve the best design.

She understands design visualization’s significant role in showing precisely how spaces or products should be built; and values how technology informs her processes – improving storytelling during the conceptual phase and controlling quality during contract documentation.

Alexa is a strong proponent of sustainability and upcycling. She believes designers are responsible for eliminating waste on every project by selecting naturally occurring and rapidly renewable materials such as wood, glass, composite, and ceramics. Whether a renovation or new construction, she encourages her teammates and clients to reuse, refurbish, and recycle.

Alexa loves numbers and working with teams to meet budget and schedule constraints that often appear in projects. Her pragmatic and practical nature and extensive creative skills add value to her projects as a designer and project manager.
